Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I know that living with anxiety or OCD can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating at times. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel understood, accepted, and empowered to make meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll work to loosen anxiety and OCD's grip on your life, build your confidence in facing uncertainty, and help you reconnect with the people, experiences, and values that matter most to you. I believe that lasting change comes not from eliminating fear, but from learning that you are capable of moving forward even when it shows up.

What you can expect from me

During our sessions, I hope I have created a safe, non judgmental space that allows you to up authentically.
