Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience serving diverse communities across multiple systems. My previous roles have deepened my understanding of trauma, family systems, and the ways individuals are shaped by their environments. With this foundation, I approach each client through a holistic lens and use evidence‐based practices that honor resilience and support meaningful, sustainable growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels genuine and naturally paced. My style is warm, grounded, and straightforward, with an emphasis on clear communication and supportive collaboration. I value curiosity and authenticity, and I work to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself—free from judgment or pressure. I integrate mindfulness, dialectical-behavioral, and cognitive‐behavioral strategies to support insight, regulation, and meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy at this point in your life. We’ll explore what feels most important for you to work on and what you hope will change. Together, we’ll identify a few initial goals and discuss what safety and support look like for you. My aim is for you to leave the session with a clearer sense of direction and a feeling of genuine connection.
