Great to meet you!

I have been practicing since 2020; I finished my play therapy certification through Heartland Play Therapy Institute in February of 2023 and most recently have received my clinical license in July of 2024 and would love to work with you!

I work with a variety of ages, from age 5 up to adult. My experience includes working with trauma, foster children and families, grief, anger, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and I am currently undergoing play therapy supervision for inner child work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer a non-judgmental space that allows clients to express themselves and be open in session. Every person is working on different goals or growth in their lives. I am passionate about helping people realize and reach their full growth. I like to utilize play therapy techniques when I can and I strive for my relationship with clients to be based on working together for an ultimate goal of healing and client autonomy.

What you can expect from our first session

I’m here to point out negative patterns, help educate you on how our brains work, suggest new strategies for everyday life, and challenge you to inspire personal growth. I’ve had extensive experience with children, adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. If you’re ready for change, but not quite sure where to start, I’m happy to help.
