My approach to therapy

I try to offer up a mix of both my clinical expertise/feedback and a genuine human connection where I hold space for your thoughts and feelings and authentic self to show up and allow yourself to be uncensored. Therapy is a judgment free zone where you should be met with compassion and understanding, and challenged to grow outside your comfort zone when needed.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore and express your authentic self, without judgement. Therapy is sometimes painful, and heavy, and I do my best to bring light-heartedness to sessions when needed and appropriate. There's no "right way" to do therapy, I welcome you to show up as you are, and take therapy at your own pace.
