Great to meet you!

*Please note I am not currently accepting couples.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor serving client is Texas and Washington state. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University with over five years of clinical experience. I am a Master ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) Certified therapist. I work with adult individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds to support their emotional and relational well-being. I specialize in helping clients resolve trauma, challenging relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting, stress, physical/emotional pain and much more. My therapeutic approach integrates attachment-based Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to resolve these problems quickly and effectively. The work is structured and intentional in addition to be rooted in evidence based research. I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space where individuals and couples can explore their experiences and challenges with honesty and self-compassion. My style is supportive and engaged, with an emphasis on building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and emotional safety. Whether we're working to resolve past traumas, understand emotional patterns, develop new coping strategies, or strengthen relationships, I aim to empower clients with tools for meaningful and long lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin building a foundation of trust and connection. I’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, gather relevant background information, and explore your goals and hopes for the therapeutic process. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of my style and approach. My goal in this first meeting is to ensure you feel heard, respected, and comfortable as we begin our work together. After your first session, we will begin work utilizing a structured, safe, and intentional model (ART + EFT) to help you resolve whatever problem you came to counseling for!
