I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY & MA with over 15 years working in in the field of adoption. I help individuals who are considering building their family through adoption or already part of an adoption relationship through attachment and trauma informed care. My training and certifications include: Attachment and Trauma Focused Trained through ATTACh and certification as a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative and holistic. I provide pre and post adoption support that includes individual consultations to those considering adoption as a pathway to grow their family, short-term attachment-focused counseling with adoptive families, can support adoptees who are considering searching for birth family and offer Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
