Great to meet you!
I am a United States Marine Corps veteran and a graduate of The Ohio State University, where I earned my master’s degree in Social Work. Over the past seven years, I have worked extensively with adjudicated youth in school-based settings, providing therapeutic support, advocacy, and guidance tailored to their unique challenges. My clinical work is informed by a Professional Certification in Trauma and Resilience: Level Two from Florida State University, equipping me to work effectively with individuals impacted by complex trauma.
In addition to therapy, I am trained in prevention and psychoeducation, utilizing the evidence-based Botvin LifeSkills Training model to help youth build resilience, decision-making skills, and emotional regulation. I also serve as a certified Parent Project facilitator, supporting caregivers with tools and strategies to strengthen family relationships and address behavioral concerns. My diverse background allows me to approach therapy with structure, empathy, and a commitment to empowering clients and families to thrive.
