Great to meet you!

If you’re the one who seems to have it all together, showing up, staying on top of everything but your mind won’t shut off, you overthink every detail, or you’re quietly carrying a lot underneath... it’s exhausting, and you're not alone. A lot of people end up stuck in patterns they can’t quite break, keeping it together on the outside but underneath it can feel overwhelming. Maybe you find yourself replaying conversations, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or putting everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. Therapy can be a place to give yourself a moment, refresh, and start moving forward with intention.

I work with adults experiencing high-functioning anxiety, relationship stress, people-pleasing, self-criticism, and major life transitions using Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, helping you understand patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build practical tools.

I really enjoy working with clients who are ready to do the work of understanding themselves more deeply. You don’t have to have everything figured out, just a willingness to be curious and open to change. My goal is that you leave each session feeling clearer, more empowered, and better equipped to handle whatever life throws your way.

My approach to therapy

I pull from evidence-based approaches like Positive Psychology and CBT, but keep things real and actually usable. We’ll look at the thought loops that keep you stuck, challenge what isn’t helping, and build practical tools you can use in your day-to-day so you feel more confident, grounded, and in control.

No robotic therapy here, just real conversations, useful tools, and probably a few laughs along the way.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to make therapy feel less intimidating and more like a space where you can actually breathe, show up honestly, and walk away with strategies you can use outside the session. We’ll mix practical skills with a whole lot of compassion, helping you create meaningful, lasting change that feels empowering, sustainable, and very you.
