Great to meet you!

Helping you reconnect with your partner, your purpose, your people, or the version of yourself you've lost along the way.

Many of my clients are military veterans, service members, first responders, or other high-responsibility professionals who are used to carrying a lot. They've learned how to push through and stay busy- but the cost of doing so catches up.

Whether you're struggling with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationship distress, infidelity, grief, or adjustment, therapy can help you make sense of what's happening and find a way forward.

As a former VA counselor, I have extensive experience helping veterans and military couples work through the challenges of service, transition, loss, and reconnecting with what matters most.

My approach to therapy

Many of my clients tell me I'm not what they expected from a therapist- I'm less "therapisty", more conversational, direct, and genuine. I’ll tell you what you need to hear with warmth, care, and respect. I draw from relational and trauma-informed therapy to help you make sense of what’s going on, better understand yourself, and move toward the life and relationships you want.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll want to understand what brought you to therapy, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping will be different as a result of our work together.

You'll get a feel for how I show up in the room. I'm warm, straightforward, and I believe humor has a place- even when we are talking about difficult things. At the same time, I'm focused on helping you make meaningful progress. Therapy shouldn't feel like endlessly talking about problems without getting anywhere.
