Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist, I believe in the power of relationships and the impact they have on our mental health. In both my personal and professional lives, I value conversations regarding intersectional identities, systemic power dynamics, and antiracists efforts. In session, it is my responsibility to earn your trust so that we can dive into the root of your concerns.

My approach to therapy

I take an interpersonal approach to therapy that is strongly rooted in attachment. I believe the relationship I build with my clients is the main ingredient in the healing process. Therefore, I strive to create an authentic and trusting environment in which all parts of our identities can be acknowledged and processed. I specialize in interpersonal traumas, including sexual violence, childhood traumas, identity-based trauma, and the impact of generational trauma.

What you can expect from me

I like to start by getting to know you and what is bringing you to therapy. I will be curious about where you are from, your life experiences, and what you are hoping to address through our work together. From there, we will work together to meet your goals at a pace with which you are comfortable.
