I specialize in therapy for adolescents and families navigating some of life's hardest terrain, C-PTSD, substance use disorders, identity struggles, and relational wounds that quietly shape how we see ourselves and connect with others.
I bring specialized training in trauma therapy and relational connection to every session. My approach, grounded in NARM, a body-informed method for healing developmental trauma and relational trauma integrating with CBT and DBT to give clients both the insight and the practical skills to create lasting change.
My practice is an explicitly safe, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ teens, as well as families learning how to show up for their kids while they navigate identity exploration.
Identifying what each client wants for themselves and what has been getting in the way is the key to my practice. First sessions will be a mix of rapport building and history gathering to create the connection needed to allow the therapeutic relationship to thrive!
