I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about providing empathetic, patient-centered care. My journey into psychiatric nursing began when I recognized my natural ability to connect with people and wanted to make a meaningful impact.

Before becoming a PMHNP, I worked in inpatient psychiatric care, corrections, and the Neuro/Trauma ICU. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in crisis management, resilience, and understanding the connection between physical and mental health. They also shaped my ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and whole-person care. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and understood.

I take a holistic approach to treatment, recognizing the importance of both mental and physical health. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships and work closely with patients to develop individualized care plans that support their goals and overall well-being.

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we take time to get to know you and your concerns. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your history, current challenges, and goals for treatment.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and heard. Together, we will begin to develop a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your needs, with a focus on helping you move forward with confidence in your care.
