Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest without worrying about judgment or saying the “right” thing. My style is warm, straightforward, and collaborative. I want to understand not only what you’re struggling with, but also the experiences, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. My goal is for therapy to feel genuine, useful, and safe.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, individualized, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, adapting our work to your needs. Together, we may develop coping skills, change unhelpful patterns, process difficult experiences, and build greater self-understanding. You remain the expert on your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll begin getting to know one another and identifying what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll discuss what brought you in, your current challenges, history, strengths, support system, and goals. You do not need everything figured out. We’ll create a plan together, and you’ll have space to ask questions and decide whether my approach feels right for you.
