Great to meet you!
My own path to becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner began over 20 years ago in healthcare—as a certified nursing assistant, then as a U.S. Army–trained licensed practical nurse (LPN), and later as a registered nurse (RN). Along the way, I’ve worked in many different settings, from inpatient psychiatry and eating disorder treatment to hospice, school nursing, and dementia behavioral care. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how interconnected our physical, emotional, and social well-being truly are.
I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, resilience, and balance in their lives. Whether we’re working together to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges, my approach is collaborative and individualized—focused on finding what works best for you.
