Great to meet you!

If you're feeling like you've lost your sense of self somewhere along the way -- or like something's off but you can't quite name it -- you're not alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and family challenges. I believe therapy works best when it's built around you, not a template, and that growth looks different for every person.

My approach to therapy

I draw from CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches -- choosing what actually fits you rather than following one method for everyone. Some people need practical tools to manage thoughts and feelings. Others need space to understand where patterns started. Together we will navigate the journey. And of course, I think a touch of humor belongs in the room. Therapy doesn't have to feel heavy every minute.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other and making sure the space feels right. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start -- sharing even a little of what's going on is enough to begin. I'll follow your lead on what you're ready to talk about. My goal is for you to leave feeling like you could actually come back.
