Life's most difficult moments can leave us feeling stuck, isolated, and lost. I’m deeply passionate in helping my clients navigate these challenges with compassionate, evidence-based therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on understanding you as an individual. I believe in working together to create meaningful change in your life in a way that feels natural and comfortable.

My approach to therapy

I work heavily with the military and first responder population, drawing from both my personal and professional experiences. As a spouse of a retired Veteran, I understand firsthand the unique challenges faced by service members and their families. During my time in Germany, I trained under the U.S. Army BH team, supporting active duty and their families.

What you can expect from me

Call, email, or book directly on my website today for a free consultation! Your story is unique and deserves to be met with genuine care and understanding.
