Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am so excited for your therapeutic journey. I received my bachelor of arts degree in psychology and master of arts degree in clinical mental health counseling from Bowling Green State University. I have experience working with teens, young adults, and adults from a variety of backgrounds to meet their needs in becoming the version of themselves they hope to be. My work includes and is not limited to treatment of depression, anxiety, self esteem, self harm, adjustment, identity development and self exploration, relational concerns, and communication. Thanks for reading!

My approach to therapy

I believe developing a comfortable and trusting therapeutic relationship is the first step to success. I use techniques tailored to individual clients from a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, person centered, and integrative therapy modalities. I am not a blank face therapist- using humor and our therapeutic rapport is part of my style!

What you can expect from me

Whether you are ready to jump into therapeutic work or may need to warm up, the first session is the place to start! We will explore your needs and identify hopes, desires, and even fears for the therapeutic journey you are about to take. Tell me as much or as little as you feel comfortable- we're just getting started. And don't worry, I am always down to hear about your cutie pets!
