Great to meet you!

I have been in the mental health field since 2017 and am passionate about meeting my clients where they are at, jumping in the trenches with them, and helping them navigate life’s challenges. I strive to help clients better understand their thoughts, beliefs, and patterns while providing the support and guidance they need to create meaningful change. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and with a diverse range of population, with a passion in working with young adults.

My approach to therapy

I draw from CBT, DBT, IFS, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, tailoring my approach to each individual client. I have experience supporting anxiety, attachment, relationships, depression, substance abuse, body image, trauma, low self-esteem, and a variety of behavioral concerns.

What you can expect from me

Meeting me for the first time, you can expect to be met with warmth, curiosity, and probably a joke or two. I believe the therapeutic relationship is crucial in being able to create meaningful, lasting change, so my goal, while also challenging your thinking, will always be to prioritize trust and connection throughout our meetings.
