Great to meet you!

As a psychodynamic therapist, I am curious about our early life experiences and how they shape our present challenges and opportunities for growth. My work often supports individuals navigating social mobility or the unique pressures of frontline work, where stress and identity shifts can feel especially complex. Clients describe my approach as warm, relational, and often infused with humor, helping you feel safe as we explore your story together.

My approach to therapy

Every person carries a unique story shaped by our experiences and relationships, and therapy should honor that. When we work together, we’ll explore your patterns and pressures—whether from social shifts, frontline work, or past traumas—in a collaborative, supportive way. I bring curiosity and containment to our sessions and look to co-create a space where you can feel vulnerable, respected, and open to growth.

What you can expect from me

Our work together will begin with a biopsychosocial exploration of your life as you understand it, highlighting both the issues that bring you to therapy, and the supportive practices you may already have in place. From there we will use this framework to identify beliefs, relational patterns and contradictions that constrain your efforts, and begin to nourish the parts of you that feel cut-off in order to move holistically toward your goals.
