Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatric mental health and adult-gerontology primary care, with over 10 years of clinical experience across psychiatric and medical settings. My psychiatric background includes outpatient mental health, substance use treatment, and telepsychiatry. I have experience working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, emotional dysregulation, and co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. I strive to provide a welcoming and supportive space where clients feel comfortable seeking psychiatric care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I take time to understand your concerns and treatment goals and work with you to develop an individualized plan. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you feel heard and comfortable participating in decisions about your care.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to discuss what brings you to care, your current concerns, medical and psychiatric history, medications, and treatment goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your symptoms and how they affect your daily life, while giving you plenty of opportunity to share what matters most to you. We’ll then discuss my initial impressions and possible treatment options, including medication when appropriate, and work together on a plan for next steps.
