Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! My name is Megan, and I am excited to be apart of your journey to prioritizing your mental health. I have over 9 years of experience as a clinician, and specialize in working with teenagers and young adults (ages 13-30) who are struggling with adjustment, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to treatment. We will work as a team to identify your goals and small obtainable steps to achieving them. If you don't know what these goals are yet, that's okay! I am here to listen, to support you, and to meet you where you are at.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other. Everyone has a unique story, and deserves a safe space to share it. I strive to create an environment that is warm, patient, welcoming, and attentive, so that you will feel secure in sharing your story.
