Megan Roffina

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified School Counselor in the state of New Jersey, having experience if both clinical and school based settings. Megan received her bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice from Salve Regina University and her master’s degree in School Counseling from Montclair State University. She is experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults, with a particular focus on issues relating to grief and that the LGBTQ+ community.

Megan supports her clients by collaborating to build resilience and teach coping skills in a supportive, understanding environment. Megan believes in meeting people where they are and that building the therapeutic relationship by using a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy empowers clients to make changes that are necessary and will lead to client success.

Megan is focused on the task at hand and looks to partner with her clients in identifying the needs of counseling and ensuring that time in session is kept on task to focus on making progress toward specific goals.
