Great to meet you!

As a clinical psychologist, I want to create a safe and warm environment where my clients feel seen and heard. I view therapy as a unique process, influenced by my client's individuality and the space we co-create. My role is to listen deeply, help you feel better and make some sense of yourself and the circumstances that brought you in.

My approach to therapy

I take a psychodynamic approach, while incorporating CBT, mindfulness and attachment theory. I pay close attention to how past experiences and important relationships in your life influence who you are today. At the same time, I believe therapy doesnt have to be intimidating. I bring warmth, humor and an active presence to our work. I value the therapeutic relationship and provide practical steps you can take outside sessions to feel better.

What you can expect from me

Each session is a reminder that you are not alone on this journey. As your therapist, I'm here to support you while helping you get a clearer sense of what's causing you pain. Over time, my ultimate goal is to help you create lasting change, become the person you want to be and live a fulfilling life.
