Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2014. I received my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2011 after completing my undergraduate education in Psychology & English in 2009.

I am particularly passionate about working with college & college-bound students as well as recent college graduates. I am also very passionate about working with women, particularly for mental health related to pregnancy, postpartum health, sexual health & mom life.

My approach to therapy

Each client is a unique person with a unique set of experiences & needs that brings them to counseling. As a counselor, I am always in awe of the strength of my clients & feel honored that they choose to share their stories with me. I love the process of working with my clients to determine what their specific goals are & then, like many counselors, I use a combination of different techniques to help them achieve those goals, empowering them to further realize their own strength along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your story is important, and I'm here to listen. Now more than ever, we all need someone to listen to our lived experiences and truly hear our story and how it has impacted us. When you join me in session, you can always expect to experience that active listening and support.
