Great to meet you!

As a board-certified, licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my role is to help you decide if medication is the right choice to help you feel better. I treat individuals across the lifespan, using evidence-based medication management within the context of therapeutic modalities. If we determine that medication is not necessary for your journey, I will help you find the right licensed therapist.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Having seen the vast spectrum of human experience, I approach each person with empathy and respect, knowing that no two journeys are alike. Together, we will create a dynamic and individualized treatment plan that honors your unique needs. True healing requires attention to both mind and body, and my approach reflects this holistic perspective.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope clients find a deep sense of self-respect and learn to treat themselves with the same kindness they offer others. While many of us carry narratives shaped by negative thoughts or painful experiences, these do not have to define us. I want them to see self-compassion as possible and essential, fostering resilience and an openness to embrace all parts of themselves.
