Great to meet you!

I work with clients on a wide range of issues, including (but not limited to) anxiety disorders, interpersonal relationship issues, communication and assertiveness skills, attachment styles, self-esteem issues, phase of life issues, grief, and various other mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily from a person-centered approach, taking into account that each and every client is different in personality, needs, and what works for them. I combine approaches and theories to best fit what each specific client needs.
