Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist you connect with can be tough, especially if you’re new to therapy or have recently ended work with someone you trusted. Whatever brings you here, I aim to make the process feel comfortable, collaborative, and real. I work with a wide range of clients, but I specialize in supporting trauma survivors, perfectionists, and those navigating young adulthood, identity exploration, or late-diagnosed ADHD. I bring both trauma-specific training and a grounded, lived perspective to this work, and I’m someone who shows up with unconditional support, compassion, and a sense of humor when it fits.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and relational. I prioritize building a strong, supportive connection where you feel safe being your full self. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and practical, skills-based approaches like CBT and DBT, always tailored to your unique needs. At the heart of my work is a focus on helping you make sense of your experiences, patterns, and relationships while also building tools for real, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel seen, supported, and genuinely listened to. Our sessions will offer a space where you’re not just talking through struggles; you’re gaining clarity, insight, and practical strategies to move forward. Whether you’re working through unresolved trauma, managing relational stress, or feeling stuck in a “situationship,” my goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself.
