Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins with connection, connection to yourself, others and the world around you. My intention is to provide a therapeutic space that is authentic, attuned, and grounded in trust, where you can safely explore your inner world, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and discover new ways of finding connection, meaning and growth. We will work through your story together with openness and curiosity to make sense of your experiences and create change that feels true to who you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational and depth-oriented. I am trained in several evidence-based trauma treatments, and specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, relational and attachment concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, as well as creative and spiritual blocks. As a queer woman, I bring lived experience to my work with LGBTQIA+ clients to create an affirming and genuine space.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you are hoping to get out of our work together, and how therapy can help you reach your goals.
