My name is Megan Shane I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have experience working with adults, first responders and military in the field of mental health and addiction. My mission is to create a safe therapeutic environment where individuals have an opportunity to be open and honest without fear of judgement.
I use an interactive and compassionate therapeutic approach to help you gain insight into patterns of thinking and behaving that have become unproductive.
My goals are to help you to increase your motivation to engage in change, give you tools to navigate towards a life of fulfillment, gain a better understanding of illness and diagnosis, ability to recognize triggers and positive/productive ways to manage symptoms on your own.
