She partners with you to confront issues head-on, equip you with tools to overcome unhelpful patterns, and offer research-based guidance to facilitate healing and growth. Megan enjoys working with individuals and couples to get to the “heart of the matter,” improve patterns, facilitate healing and reach new maturity. Overall, she strive to foster a collaborative space for clients to safely do meaningful work based on your individual, cultural, and spiritual needs.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where the focus is on getting to know you as a whole person. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling challenging, and what you hope to gain, all at a pace that feels comfortable and collaborative rather than rushed or clinical. The session is more of a conversation than an interrogation, with room for curiosity, reflection, and clarity, and I’ll also share a bit about my therapeutic approach so you understand how I work and what therapy together might look like. By the end of the session, you should have a clearer sense of direction, possible next steps, and whether the therapeutic fit feels right for you.
