Great to meet you!

I specialize in psychotherapy grounded in attachment, trauma, social-emotional development, parent-child relationships, mindfulness and somatic experiencing. My experience as a music therapist and family trauma therapist over the last decade have deepened into a psychotherapy practice that centers compassion, your needs and goals, and a unique perspective.

We're all just doing our best, but it shouldn't have to be so hard, lonely, or painful. If you're struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, family conflict or child issues, you don't have to do it alone anymore. If you're curious about a non-traditional approach to psychotherapy for you or your family, feel free to reach out.

My approach to therapy

When you come to me for my expertise in infant/early childhood mental health, your wellbeing as well as the relationship between you and your infant or young child will be the focus.

When you come to me for my expertise in creative arts therapy, your self-expression of your humanity as well as the "self of the creative artist" will be the focus.

When we work together, we'll hold all parts of you in mind with curiosity about how they're showing up in the present moment as you navigate life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session sets the tone for our ongoing relationship, but it can also be really vulnerable to share your whole history with someone you just met. We'll ease into your story by getting to know each other better first.
