Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I struggled as a teen and young adult. I never found a therapist who truly “got it.” That experience shaped how I show up in my work—real, engaged, and human. I’m a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience in mental health and addiction treatment, including work in treatment centers supporting anxiety, trauma, and substance use, often with co-occurring needs. I specialize in working with teens and adults who feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change, using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches to get to what’s really driving things so lasting change can happen.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct, warm, and collaborative. I won’t shy away from the hard stuff, and I’ll challenge you when patterns are keeping you stuck. We’re not just going to talk about symptoms. We’re going to get to what’s actually driving them.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building trust. I’ll take a thorough history to better understand how your past experiences may be shaping your current struggles or behaviors. Together, we’ll identify your treatment goals and discuss how we’ll measure progress along the way.

If you feel nervous or unsure of what to say during our first meeting, that’s completely okay! I’ll guide the process to help you feel comfortable and supported.
