Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and the kind of change that reorganizes how you see yourself. I specialize in supporting high-functioning professionals and leaders, including those facing AI-driven disruption in their industries, who are used to being the one with answers and are now facing questions they can't think their way out of.

I bring nearly two decades of experience as a Fortune 50 HR executive to my work as a therapist. Before entering deeper work, I led leadership development, organizational design, and succession planning for senior executives navigating high-stakes change. That background, combined with graduate study in adult development theory and leadership development, shapes how I understand growth: not as fixing what's broken, but as developing capacity for what's next.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates somatic awareness and shadow work alongside more traditional talk therapy. I believe the body holds information the mind hasn't caught up to yet, and that the parts of ourselves we've learned to hide often carry the most useful information about what we actually need.

If you're someone who leads well on the outside and feels less certain on the inside, I'd be glad to work with you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. Therapy works best when it's built on trust, so I want to hear your story, in your words, before we do anything else. There's no agenda beyond that: no forms to rush through, nothing to accomplish by the end of the hour except to get a sense of what change you're looking for.

I'll also share some of the foundational psychology I work from, so you have a sense of how I think and what to expect as we continue. My approach draws on adult development theory, somatic awareness, and shadow work, and I'll explain what those mean in practice, not just in theory.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave with a clearer sense of whether this feels like the right fit, and a first real experience of being met without judgment.
