Great to meet you!

ONLY DAYTIME SLOTS AVAILABLE NOW

With almost a decade of experience working as a therapist, I have supported and worked with a diverse population of children, adolescents, adults, and couples through a variety of life challenges. My clinical interests include working with adults to maneuver life challenges around identity and narrative work, role exploration, attachment, and understanding complexities around family dynamics as an adult, all through a relational lens. I became a therapist because I truly believe in the importance of self-discovery and growth and I enjoy collaboratively working with clients to support, encourage, and acquire skills to better manage and understand their stressors, allowing them to feel more empowered and in control of their life.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate empathy, respect, authenticity and humor into my clinical interactions in order to provide a safe, warm and nonjudgmental space for my clients to feel accepted and welcome. I believe that each individual possesses their own strengths, uniqueness, and story. I enjoy incorporating all of these attributes into our work together, allowing us to build a strong and trusting relationship that will guide us through the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

I will always meet my clients where they're at. My goal is to provide a foundation of warmth and safety so that you feel comfortable to share your story with me, something that I consider to be a great privilege. I utilize a holistic lens and incorporate non-judgmental curiosity to better understand your goals, strengthen your self-awareness, and to find ways to live a life that best aligns with your values.

I also provide a free 10-15 minute phone consultation to provide potential clients an opportunity to ask questions regarding my experience, approach, availability, and to discuss your needs and goals.
