Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Megan, a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings years of clinical and lived experience to a down-to-earth, real approach to therapy. I work with high-achieving individuals who feel deeply, think intensely, and often carry their struggles quietly — including those navigating OCD, eating disorders, anxiety and perfectionism, trauma, and life transitions.

I'm so glad you're here. Let's figure out, together, what's underneath the struggle.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, grounded, and deeply human. I blend evidence-based treatment with deeper internal work, so we don't just address the symptoms — we work to understand why they're there.

This work isn't about "fixing" you. It's about helping you reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to heal, because lasting change starts from the inside out.

What you can expect from me

Your first session won't just feel like an interview collecting your history. It'll feel like a conversation aimed at understanding your experience.

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, accepted, and deeply understood from the start, so that things can unfold organically. We'll talk about your current challenges, beliefs, and patterns, as well as what brought you here and where it is you want to go. You can expect to leave the first session feeling seen, heard, and most importantly, hopeful.
