Great to meet you!

I specialize in grief, relationships, parenting, and attachment, with special interest in non-death related losses. I hold a BGS from the University of West Florida, an MSW from the University of Alabama, and have completed extensive continuing education including the University of Vermont's End-of-Life doula program. I am a TBRI® Practitioner, WRAP® Facilitator, and am a Gottman Seven Principles Leader.

My approach to therapy

I take an action-oriented, collaborative approach to therapy. I utilize a combination of psycho education, storytelling, and evidenced-based interventions to offer meaningful insight to support clients’ healing. I strongly believe that rock bottom is the foundation upon which we can rebuild our lives.

What you can expect from me

We do regular check-ins to review progress along the way. Our goal is not to change the past, but instead to find some relief from symptoms that impact daily functioning.
