Great to meet you!

Hi! I have been a therapist since 2015 and became licensed in 2019. While employed by a mental health clinic, I gained experience with children and adults and have become familiar with a variety of mental health issues. Currently, I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship related issues. I also enjoy couples/marriage counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is client centered. I provide empathy, active listening, and allow you to guide the direction of therapy. Another piece to this approach is building therapeutic rapport. In order for therapy to be successful, you need to feel comfortable in session, that there are open lines of communication, and that you feel safe.

What you can expect from me

Each session will be different based on moods, emotions, and situations you are currently experiencing. However, at the end of each session we will work together to develop a short term goal to set for the week.
