Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Megan Thrasher, a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and career concerns. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe everyone has strengths they can build on, and I enjoy helping clients discover those strengths as they move toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches while focusing on your strengths and goals. Together, we will explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and build the confidence needed to create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll learn more about what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and answer any questions you may have about the counseling process. My priority is creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe sharing your story and taking the first steps toward growth and healing.
