Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults ages 7–21 navigate life's challenges and build the skills they need to thrive. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to express themselves, develop confidence, and work toward meaningful change.

My clinical approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and incorporates evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and art-based interventions. By combining practical coping strategies with creative expression, I help clients better understand their emotions, strengthen resilience, and develop healthy ways to manage life's stressors.

I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns. Throughout my career, I have worked across the full continuum of mental health care, including inpatient hospitalization, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of mental health treatment and the ability to support clients with a wide range of needs and levels of care.

Whether working with children, teens, or young adults, my goal is to empower each client to build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, and create lasting, positive change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every child, adolescent, and young adult has unique strengths and the capacity for growth. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized, meeting each client where they are while creating a safe, supportive space to explore challenges. Together, we build practical coping skills, increase emotional awareness, and foster resilience so clients can navigate life's obstacles with greater confidence.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you or your child feels heard, respected, and understood.

During our first meeting, we'll spend time talking about what has brought you to therapy, your current concerns, personal strengths, and any relevant background that will help me better understand your experiences. We'll also discuss what you hope to gain from therapy and begin identifying meaningful goals that will guide our work together.
