Great to meet you!

My name is Megan Verette (M.A., LPC). I received my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling & Marriage and Family. I have gained experience in several areas of counseling such as relationships, trauma, occupational issues, depression, and anxiety. As a therapist, my hope is to do my best to help others in their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients to help determine their level of need and what approaches would benefit them. Common therapy models that I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. I work with individuals of all ages.

What you can expect from me

What I want for anyone to take away from sessions with me is to learn more about themselves, their environment, and their perception. If the opportunity is there, then I also want to help clients find their own "inner advocate," and learn to advocate for their own needs. I am just a stepping stone in a client's healing journey, and I want them to succeed beyond the walls of my office.
