Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric mental health provider dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care in a supportive and comfortable environment. I graduated from Molloy University in 2024 and see patients ages 6 and older. My practice focuses on treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions in children, adolescents, and adults. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy to help clients improve their overall well-being. My goal is to create a collaborative space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and individualized to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe mental health is influenced by many factors, including emotional, physical, social, and lifestyle stressors, and I work to address the whole person rather than just symptoms. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, education, and practical coping strategies to help clients improve daily functioning and overall well-being. I believe mental health treatment should be individualized and collaborative, with care tailored to each person’s unique experiences, goals, and needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, comfortable, and collaborative environment during their first session. My goal is to get to know each client as a whole person by discussing their current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. I encourage open communication and want clients to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care. Together, we will begin developing an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, coping strategies, and lifestyle recommendations when appropriate. By the end of the session, clients can expect to have a clearer understanding of their symptoms, treatment options, and next steps moving forward.
