Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship stress, or family boundaries? I support adults with anxiety, depression, OCD, postpartum concerns, trauma, PTSD, grief, substance use, and relationship challenges. I especially support daughters of narcissistic mothers and people navigating estrangement or no contact. I welcome all races, genders, identities, LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD or ADD. As a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience, I offer warmth, empathy, and respect for how identity and life shapes what you carry.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are a place to slow down, feel heard, and be fully yourself without judgment. We will build a trusting relationship, make room for your emotions, and work at a pace that feels supportive. I will meet you with compassion, honesty, and respect while honoring your identity, values, boundaries, and lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can help you understand your patterns, strengthen boundaries, communicate more clearly, and move through grief, anxiety, trauma, or relationship pain with greater resilience. Together, we will focus on practical steps and meaningful change so you can feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful about what comes next.
