Great to meet you!

I prefer to make the entire therapeutic process as relaxed as possible. Sessions are focused not only on your goals and presenting issues but also the day-to-day obstacles. My style is flexible and that's very important to me; I want all of my clients to know that therapy will be whatever they need it to be on that particular day. My only requirement of my clients is that they are willing to work. I am a firm believer that an individual will only get out of therapy, what they choose to put in.

My approach to therapy

One of my strongest core values is self-awareness. I believe that it is impossible to help others unless I am aware of my own feelings, biases, and opinions. I strive to not only help my clients achieve their goals but to do so while acknowledging themselves and who they are holistically. I believe self-awareness can provide a grounded sense of true stability and contentment.

What you can expect from me

My clients should expect to leave each session feeling heard and validated. At the same time, I hope to energize and motivate them for change.
