Great to meet you!

Do you often feel overwhelmed with life? Or do you feel that something from your past is keeping you stuck? I can help with anxiety, depression, past trauma, negative self talk, relationship issues and more. I have found great success with walking along side the people I work with to help them move from where they are to where they want to be...wherever that might be! I’m nonjudgmental and accepting of all walks of life- LGBTQIA+ individuals are welcome.

My approach to therapy

I didn’t get into therapy to “fix” people, I use my practice to guide and help find new ways of doing or looking at things. I love being able to track the progress my clients make when they utilize the skills we’ve talked about in session. I use a mix of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for most cases. I’m not overly concerned with labels and diagnoses, I’m just here to help you make changes to function and feel better day to day.

What you can expect from me

If you think my approach sounds like it would help you, please reach out and we can schedule our first session to determine if we’ll be a good fit to work together moving forward. I genuinely can’t wait to meet you. Please know that if you're on my schedule, I will show up to meet you.
