Great to meet you!

I have experience working with pre-teens, teenagers, young adults, and adults who struggle with a variety of mental health issues or life struggles. I specialize in eating disorders, self-confidence issues, anxiety, depression, OCD, addictive behaviors, and daily life coping. My clients are looking to build confidence and make life changes through intensive assignments as well as deep reflection in session.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative approach where I learn who my clients are on a deeply personal level so we can work together to align treatment to goals that fit the client. I am direct and honest in my approach and often consider myself "blunt" once rapport is built with my clients. My clients receive affirmation and validation with open feedback about their life and behavior patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave feeling heard and cared for with direct feedback and constructive homework to work into their everyday lives.
