Great to meet you!

I am independently licensed in Delaware and Maryland and I have been working in the field for five years. I utilize DBT skills, CBT, MI, and Solution-Focused modalities. I will appropriately challenge any cognitive distortion and we will work as a team throughout the therapy process. I allow you to feel your feelings, and we can work through them together. You can learn coping skills to practice any uncomfortable symptoms.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach, DBT, CBT, MI, Solution-Focused, etc., whichever is most appropriate. I provide a warm and compassionate environment, while simultaneously challenging maladaptive behaviors and unhealthy thinking patterns.

What you can expect from our first session

To be able to live a fruitful life, learning how to navigate and process intense emotions in a safe and non-judgmental perspective.
