Great to meet you!

My approach is centered on listening and nurturing the inherent resilience within each child and family. I aim to create and foster a supportive, healing environment where children and families can explore and understand their emotions and behaviors, empowering them with the necessary tools to navigate and overcome life's challenges. I utilize an eclectic strengths-based approach through child-centered play therapy, person-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe that every child and family has an innate ability for resilience. Through this belief, I am able to connect with each client and meet them where they are in life to work together through challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive intake session where families have the opportunity to openly share their concerns, goals, and experiences. Together, we collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses not only the unique needs of the child but also supports the well-being and strengths of the entire family unit.
