Great to meet you!

Before becoming a PMHNP, I worked as a registered nurse for 15 years, which gave me experience caring for individuals across a wide range of medical and mental health needs. I value treating the whole person — recognizing the connection between mental health, physical health, stress, sleep, lifestyle, and overall wellness.

I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, stress/burnout, trauma-related symptoms, PMDD, and life transitions. I especially enjoy helping clients build practical coping skills, improve daily functioning, and develop sustainable routines that support long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I’m a provider that believes mental health care works best when patients feel genuinely heard, respected, and involved in their treatment decisions. My approach is warm, collaborative, integrative, and patient-centered, with a focus on creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves without judgment.

I believe medication management should be thoughtful and individualized, not one-size-fits-all. When appropriate, I incorporate supportive therapy techniques, psychoeducation, and collaborative goal setting into visits so that treatment feels empowering rather than overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

During your first visit, you can expect a relaxed, supportive, and judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you as a whole person — not just your symptoms. We will spend time discussing your current concerns, emotional health, medical history, lifestyle factors, stressors, sleep patterns, past treatment experiences, and personal goals for care.

Whether you are seeking support for the first time or returning to care after a difficult experience, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and actively involved in your mental health journey.
