Great to meet you!

As a neurodivergent therapist, I may not always “show up” in the traditional way you might expect. You’ll often see me using fidgets, shifting in my seat, or taking breaks from direct eye contact, all of which help me stay regulated and fully present. Even if my body looks a little different in how it engages, my attention and attunement remain steady. You will always have my full presence, my curiosity, and my commitment to supporting you throughout our work together.

My approach to therapy

I take a neuro‐affirming, trauma‐informed approach to therapy, honoring each person’s lived experience and the ways their nervous system has learned to protect them. I meet clients exactly where they are while gently inviting them to explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounding, and compassionate; a place where you can show up as your full self and do the meaningful inner work that leads to lasting change.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can look a lot of different ways. You might want to spend some time getting to know me and making sure I’m the right fit, or you might be ready to jump right into what’s bringing you to therapy. However you show up, I’ll meet you there and guide the session in a way that feels comfortable, supportive, and at your pace.
