Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meggan, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in helping overwhelmed and anxious adults who feel stuck or struggle with uncertainty, self-doubt, and relationship difficulties. Life can feel heavy at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and mindfulness practices, and partner with you to meet your specific goals. ACT is all about growing your psychological flexibility and living life from your values. EMDR helps to address trauma or the effects of unresolved trauma that you may be experiencing. Mindfulness teaches you to "be here now", to regulate your emotions, and is often beneficial in reducing psychological issues.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you’ll feel heard, encouraged, and respected. I partner with you to deepen your self-awareness, clarify what matters most to you, and approach challenges with mindfulness and compassion. My goal is to help you break free from old patterns, find greater balance, and move toward the life you truly want. Let's connect for a free 15 minute "good fit" call today!
